Make a high pony tail. Twist hair
tightly all the way to the end and roll it around itself into a bun. Take the very end of
the hair and secure it into the bun from underneath with your thumbs.

Flatten the bun with your fingers while
making sure the tail is secure in the center with your thumbs. Position screw pic near the
outside edge of the bun and screw straight in until you get right to the head.
(This makes
sure you catch the hair that's right against your head.) Then lay the pic down parallel to
the head and screw it through. You'll feel it running against your head. Picture #8 shows
how it will want to come out below the bun. When this happens, you want to back the
screw out just a little and then pull a little of the bun down over the end of the pic
before screwing it through.(#9) Picture #10 shows the finished product, with the pic
catching both edges of the bun.

Then, holding down the lower twists of
hair, take ONLY the top twist and lay in down on the head. Hold both top and bottom flat
to the head while you screw in the pic.

Take pic and screw straight into the
hair of the top twist until you get right to the head. Then lay the pic down parallel to
the head and screw it down through the bottom twist of hair. Be sure both the top and
bottom is caught with the pic.

This arrangement, when done right is
not only very secure, but also balances the long hair weight in a graceful figure eight
instead of a dorky knob of a bun!
